6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for service bookings no later than 7 days before the scheduled date. Approved requests will result in a reimbursement to the payment instrument used during purchase. Requests made within 7 days of the session do not qualify for reimbursement but may be eligible for a transfer to another date.

6.2 Digital Products

Cancellations for digital products are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided no downloads or access have been made. Approved cancellations will result in a reimbursement to the original payment instrument. If any material has been accessed, the request will be denied.

6.3 Goods

Unused goods in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Once FluxNewra receives and inspects the item, a reimbursement will be processed to the initial payment instrument. Shipping costs for sending goods back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the shipment is due to an error on our part.

6.4 General Procedures

To initiate any cancellation or transfer, please contact our team with your order details. FluxNewra will review all requests and communicate the outcome within 5 business days.

7. Non-refundable Offerings

Certain bespoke consultancy sessions are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and time. These sessions are clearly marked at the time of booking.

8. Service Transfers

Subject to availability, clients may transfer service bookings to a different date or substitute service of equal scope if requested no less than 7 days before the original session. Transfers requested within 7 days of the scheduled service may incur an additional fee.

9. Amendments

FluxNewra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on FluxNewra.top. Continued use of our offerings after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
